STUDIO BRIEF 3 PROJECT PROPOSAL:
Production & Presentation of my Moving Pictures

I intend to produce ……

A sting which
portrays George Orwell’s feelings towards the future which he predicted in
1984. I currently have multiple ideas which I intend to experiment with to
see which gives me the best results for a 15 second animation. I am going to
use the work from Studio Brief 2 to create the sting.
The work will
be humorous in its approach by using simple imagery and movements. I want the
viewer to remember the sting so I’m going to use approaches that could make people
feel slightly uneasy but also funny.

power that the party have in the dystopian future of 1984.

A humorous
tone of voice with a darker undertone.
2.
Political
meaning (some say that George Orwell’s 1984 is a good prediction of our
current future).

Representing
death with the washing woman metaphor.

Sense
of humour that’s quite dry and sarcastic.
